SUMMARY
Provides new sales for Agency in premium dollars.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned.
- Solicit new business by phone and in-person visits with prospects
- Collect/process information necessary for underwriting
- Provide service to clients by phone, E-mail or in-person visits on an as-needed basis.
- Revise, develop and implement marketing strategies
- Assign work to Customer Service Representative
- Collect premiums from clients
- Engage in activities to increase insurance knowledge and maintain licensing (seminars, webinars, etc.)

Account Manager for Commercial Business
SUMMARY
The Account Manager is responsible for providing the best customer service to assigned clients and assisting the Agent/Producer as requested.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide service to assigned clients via telephone or email on an as-need basis

Accounting Clerk II
SUMMARY
Entry-level position as an Accounting Clerk
Responsibilities
- Monitor the banking every morning for ACH/wires/credit cards and withdrawals for both companies. This also includes:
- Helping with ACH/wire transfers
- Maintaining an ACH tracking spreadsheet for everyday ACH’s
- Daily cash sheets – entering receipts into EPIC for both companies
- Weekly AP/disbursements in EPIC for both companies
- Enter journal entries for the Auto Loans for Marvin Johnson
- Contact insurance companies or vendors when required
- Insurance Commissions for Johnson-Witkemper by retrieving downloads and commissions statements online and entering into EPIC for reconciliation
- Scan documents into EPIC for safe storage
