Customer Service Agent
Krystyn moved to Columbus, Indiana to be closer to her sister so that they could raise their children together. In her free time, Krystyn is always with her 4 children, doing her best to create solid, happy core memories with them. She also enjoys playing the ukulele, singing, and anything that involves coffee and socializing with friends. Krystyn greatly values her faith in God, her family, and investing into her community. A goal of Krystyn’s is to learn K’che, which is an important part of her children’s Mayan heritage. Considering she taught herself to speak Spanish and uses that skill daily, she is definitely up for the challenge!
Krystyn began her career at JWI for a change in career and to grow her knowledge. She loves the challenge that comes with a career as a CSR as there is always something new to learn, even with the consistency that comes with her line of work. A career goal of Krystyn’s is to create a good training model to maximize knowledge and consistency in an expedited timeframe.
